ADMISSION NOTICE (Session 2026-27)

ADMISSION FOR NURSERY TO CLASS - IX

  • 1- Springfields Academy, Serampore Is an English Medium Co-educational School. Applications for admission are now open for the academic session 2026-27.
  • 2- The admission procedure is conducted by the Principal in consultation with a team of teachers. No other person in the School or outside has any influence in the selection of new candidates for admission in the school. The Principal is the final authority in granting admissions and her decision is final and binding on all.
  • 3- New candidates must be introduced personally to the Principal by the guardian who will be solely responsible for their conduct and fees.
  • 4- Admission Age Criteria for Pre-Primary Classes (as on 01.04.2026) Nur-3 to 4 years, LKG - 4 to 5 years, UKG - 5 to 6 years.
  • 5- For admission to class 5 & above there will be written test for English, Mathematics and 2nd Language.
  • 6- For Classes 1 & above, children with promoted Report Card of the previous class will be eligible.
  • 7- Admission form will be issued after 1st August, 2025 from School Office on payment of Rs. 300/- (Rupees Three Hundred Only).
  • 8- School Office hours: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Monday to Saturday)
  • 9-Parents/Guardians are required to fill in the admission form with utmost accuracy. No subsequent changes will be permitted.
  • 10- Requirements at the time of parent-teacher interaction:
  • a. Photocopy of the Birth Registration Certificate obtained from the Municipality / Panchayat. Original Certificate to be produced for verification. The names in the certificate must be exactly same as the one in the form submitted in school at the time of admission. No DOB will be changed after admission.
  • b. Aadhaar Card of the Child, Proof of Residential Address of parents (Voter ID Card / Aadhaar Card / Passport)
  • c. Blood Group Report of the Child
  • d. Stamp size photo of child (3 copies).
  • e. Stamp size photo of parents (1 copy each).
  • 11- The date and time of interaction will be notified. Parents are requested to maintain punctuality for the shift.
  • 12- Transport facilities will be arranged by the school, if desired by the parents, at an extra cost.
